The GUPPYFRIEND wash bag is made entirely of polyester, including woven tape, edging tape and zipper. This makes it recyclable by type. The filter material is untreated, undyed and contains no additives. The fabric is made from monofilaments. These are more like rods than threads and do not lose any fibers themselves.
It’s that simple
1. store garments of a similar color in the Guppyfriend wash bag before washing
2. close the bag that is not completely full and wash as usual
3. remove the garments from the wash bag when wet
4. remove the remaining fibers from the hem of the wash bag by hand and dispose of them in the residual waste
